september 14th, 2013 - 07:35pmthe day we met, frozen i held my breath Right from the start, I knew that I'd found a home for my heart... beats fast. Colors and promises. How to be brave? How can I love when I'm afraid to fall? But watching you stand alone, All of my doubt suddenly goes away somehow. One step closer. I have died everyday waiting for you. Darling, don't be afraid I have loved you For a thousand years. I'll love you for a thousand more. And all along I believed I would find you. Time has brought your heart to me. [/style][style= width: 402px; height: 200px; background: url(http://i45.tinypic.com/15et5l.jpg);] [/style][style= width:402px; height: 390px; background-color: #ffffff;] [style=width: 300px; font-family: arial narrow; font-size:10px; line-height:91%; text-align:justify; overflow: auto; margin-bottom: 5px; padding-bottom: 5px; height: 320px; padding-top: 5px; margin-right: 5px;margin-top: 10px; color: #000000; background-color: #fff;]Izzy was not so sure about the whole bonfire thing. There were going to be a lot of people gathered in one place. Isa was not good with people. He absently tugged on the undershirt that he wore, wishing he had noticed it was shorter than he had thought before they left campus. He lingered quite a bit away from the others, but still near enough to the fire that he was not in the dark. Isa absentmindedly threaded his fingers through Markos', stepping closer to the other teen with a slightly shaky breath. "There's too many people," he said softly, gently squeezing Markos' hand. He had wanted to be able to handle being there, because Markos had shown an interest in wanting to be there. However, there were just too many people, and it was loud, and it was dark and everything had Izzy feeling like he was about to jump out of his skin. "Maybe I should just go back." He did not want Markos to have to leave just because he could not stay. The other teen had other people he could hang out with there. Isa did not like being the reason Markos did not hang out with his friends. It always made him feel worse. Of course, he would not tell Markos no if the other teen insisted he wanted to stay with him. He tugged on the shirt again, worrying at his lower lip while letting his eyes travel over the people in front of him. It was one of those times that Isa wished he could just be normal and not have such an aversion to group things or meeting new people. "'M sorry," he mumbled as he hid his face in Markos' shoulder for a moment before lifting his head to flick his hair back out of his eyes.
Isa had moments like that in which he hated everything that had been done to push him to the point that he was at right then. It was his father's fault that he was as messed up as he was, and he knew it, his case workers knew it. The only good thing was that his dad was going to be in jail a long time and could not hurt him again. That did not mean that anyone else was not going to hurt him, and that was typically what had him so on edge when dealing with people. He never knew which ones were going to try to hurt him. It made even going to classes a chore. If Isa could get away with it, he would never leave his bedroom for anything. He was safe there, and he had Teddy to cling to. Often times he had Markos there, too, and that always made things better. Markos was the only one that Iz felt comfortable around. Everyone else, even the people he would almost consider to be his friends, had him on edge almost constantly.

[atrb=width,450] "Hear my words that I might teach you Take my arms that I might reach you" Markos had honestly been surprised whenever Izzy had agreed to go to the bonfire with him. Markos had said it as kind of a fleeting idea, not really expecting Izzy to want to go someplace where there is a lot of people... in the dark. Though Izzy had agreed, and when Markos had left his roommate, Tyler, he had asked if the other wanted to come with him, and the other had declined. Markos had rather expected that. Tyler, like Izzy, didn't usually like being around a lot of people, though he wasn't exactly as bad as Izzy was. So he'd let the matter drop, not wanting to work the other male up over nothing, and had simply told him he'd be back in late. With that, he had collected his beautiful Izzy, and they had headed out.
Upon arrival at the bonfire, it was clear to him that it would be more than difficult for Izzy to cope here, and sure enough, after only a few minutes, Izzy declared that there were to many people. He offered a smile, wrapping his arm lightly around the other male' sshoulders, taking note that the other was tugging on his shirt again and offered a small laugh, leaning in to kiss the other's cheek gently. "It's alright, Isa," he stated simply, reaching up to brush back his hair gently. When the other said maybe he could just go back and Markos arched an eyebrow. "What, to the school? Aw, come on now, Isa. By yourself? It's pretty dark out there, and I don't know if I can let you to back by yourself." He leaned in to kiss the other gently.
"Don't apologize, love," he said softly, leaning up to kiss Izzy's forehead. "Come on, I'll tell you what. How about... we steal one of their thicker sticks with some fire... and you and I can go down the beach away from the people... and have our own bonfire?" he asked, smiling slightly at the other male. He watched the other mess with his shirt again before smiling and tugging off his hoodie, gently draping it over the other's shoulders. "Here, that way you don't accidently rip your shirt tugging on it like that." He wrapped an arm around the other's waist, tugging him towards the fire. Reaching down, he grabbed a beer from one of the coolers before taking a few steps away from Izzy so he could pick up a stick from the edge of the fire that had the diameter of a fifty-cent piece, before moving back towards Izzy.
Holding the fire away from his boyfriend, he wrapped his other arm back around the other. "Come on, I have some marshmallows in my jacket pocket, and a couple candybars and a pack of grahm crackers. We'll make smores, have our own fire, and we'll celebrate the end of summer our way." He looked over at the other male, smiling slightly. "How does that sound?" he asked as he continued to walk away from the light of the main bonfire and past a few smaller ones with other groups of friends sitting around them. He and Izzy could have their own little fire, he'd just need to find them some driftwood and use his stolen fire to accomplish the task... tag: izzy | outfit: here | words: 573 |

He nodded a little when Markos told him that it was alright. "It's pretty dark out there, and I don't know if I can let you to back by yourself." Isa worried at his lower lip for a moment before smiling a little as Markos leaned in to kiss him. He was still getting used to the idea that Markos actually wanted him, that the other teen loved him. It was such a foreign concept that it would take a while to sink in. Markos was the only person that Isa had ever cared for and that was why he both appreciated the sentiment of Markos not wanting him to go off alone, and did not like it at the same time. He did not want Markos to have to choose between time with him or with his friends. They spent a lot of time together, and even though Izzy loved every minute, he did not want to be the reason that Markos pulled away from others. Just because he did not make friends easily did not mean that Markos had to stay reclused away from everyone all the time too. "But, you should stay," Izzy said softly, nodding a little as he absently took hold of the front of Markos' shirt with one hand. He did not want to leave the other teen, but there were reasons that he would, such as letting the other teen spend time with his friends.
Isa closed his eyes for a moment as Markos kissed his forehead and he absently wrung his hands together as the other teen talked about the two of them going off somewhere alone. He really did not want to pull Markos away from friends again, but that sounded like a great idea at the same time. Markos did not seem upset about the change in plans at all, either. After a moment, Izzy absentmindedly wet his lips and nodded as he said, "Yeah, yeah we could do that..." He nodded a little once again and stopped mid-reach to his hair when Markos draped his jacket over his shoulders. Izzy smiled softly and actually put his arms through the sleeves before reaching up to brush his hair out of his face like he was going to. He then leaned up enough to press a kiss to the corner of Markos' lips. "Thank you." He smiled a little, going with Markos to grab the items that Markos wanted and soon enough, the two of them were heading away from the rest of the people there on the beach.
He relaxed the farther away they got from the others and nodded at Markos' suggestions. "Yeah, that... that sounds great," he replied in his ever-soft voice. He smiled softly, idly clenching and unclenching his fingers around the cuffs of the jacket he wore. He felt a lot better with it on, not having to worry about other people looking at him. Plus, it was warm and smelled like Markos, which was probably the best part. "Where should we stop?" Isa glanced over his shoulder to see how far that they had gone from the others, not sure where they should go. The farther away from the group they got, though, the more relaxed he became.

[atrb=width,450] "Hear my words that I might teach you Take my arms that I might reach you" Markos offered a small smile to the other male, nuzzling down against the other male's neck gently as he stated that he should stay. "I'd much rather hang out with you. I hang out with all those guys in class and during practice. This is my Izzy time," he stated easily, smiling at the other male. He noted that though the other had told him that Markos should stay while Izzy left, he was taking hold of his shirt as if disputing his own words. Which he likely would. He smiled as he watched the other debate over his suggestion so that they didn't have to go back to the dorm room right away.
His smile brightened as he stated that he could do that. He watched as the other put his hands through the sleeves of his hoodie before brushing his hair back and returned the kiss as the other thanked him. "You are most welcome, Isa," he said softly, brushing his nose over the other male's in a playful eskimo kiss. He was glad that the other didn't freak out to much when he went to get the fire so that they could make their own, and he could sense the tension in his boyfriend seeping out as they got further and further away from the rest of the people. He grinned as the other stated that he liked his ideas. "Good. I got the stuff with you in mind. I figured we could stuff ourselves with smores and maybe count the stars," he stated with a faint laugh.
When Izzy asked when they should stop, he cast a glance back as well. "A little further. I don't want anyone thinking that our fire is open to anyone coming around to join. So preferably far enough away that they don't really feel like travelling to us," he stated with a smile. Once they were far enough away, he released the other male and gently hand the make-shift torch to Izzy as he gathered up a bit of driftwood and stacked it up. He reached up, taking the torch from the other to light some of the dried grass he collected to make the fire, lightly stoking it, blowing on it until it caught. Shifting over to lean against a nearby rock, sitting in the sand, he reached up and gently tugged Izzy down into his lap. He leaned in, nuzzling the other's neck and kissing him gently. "How's this?" he asked lightly.
He reached down, picking up a stick and breaking it down to a good size before reaching into the pocket of the jacket the other was wearing, and smiled slightly at him as he pulled out the bag of marshmallows and a few bars of chocolate. "Do you want to make all out smores or just toast marshmallows and eat chocolate?" he asked before tugging out the graham crackers and setting them down beside of them, lightly wrapping his arms around the other male. He himself didn't care what they did, he was just happy to be able to hold Izzy close to himself and spend time with him. Though neither of them were at the school under good circumstances, this was a time to be away from the school and the reminders that they weren't exactly all that normal. An escape.
He smiled faintly at the thought, closing his eyes as a light breeze blew in from over the water. "If you like pina coladas... and getting caught in the rain... if you're not into yoga... if you have half a brain." |
[/color] He chuckled softly, leaning in and nuzzling against Izzy's hair. "If you like making love at midnight in the dunes on the cape... then I'm the love that you've looked for... write to me and escape." He laughed, opening his eyes and looking at Izzy, reaching up to brush some hair from his face. "I'm glad I'm here with you, Isa. It's good to get away from all the drama of the school..." he stated easily, leaning in to kiss him gently.
