Fierce, Imogen is independent and will not, nor will she ever, depend on another soul for anything. Trust is a precarious issue and she's learned it's better to keep herself hidden than to show her entire deck. She plays by her own rules and can be rather selfish, putting her desires before others, which has landed her in some unwanted situations with old friends who, needless to say, aren't speaking with her anymore. However, she never really considered them friends in the first place as, when it came to a true friend, she would help -- in her own way. This applies to her loyalty as well for while she sticks by her friends, she has a hard time showing and/or confessing her appreciation, the message usually being sent through small smiles and letting them stumble upon a weak moment, if only for a second. She hates appearing weak, vulnerability definitely not being her strong suit, and so puts on an aloof facade, having done it so much over the years that she's seemingly perfected it. Although, she's not afraid to show her disgust or amusement towards something and she's definitely not afraid to act out. Sarcasm drips from her tongue, impulse runs through her veins. She doesn't have much order and prefers to go with the flow of things, she's much more easygoing if she can get some drugs into her system as it keeps the bad man away (preferably weed or anything that will make her brain stop, doesn't matter to her). She gets upset when her fun is disrupted and is vengeful towards those who have scorned her -- if she can find a way to fuck your life up, she will do it, and with a wicked smirk curling at the edges of her lips. Stubborn, she doesn't budge when she knows she's right or if she has an idea in mind. She hates authority and the only teachers she respects are her Astronomy and Art teachers; they're the only classes that provide any relief. She runs from her emotions, bottling them and disregarding them rather than dealing with them. Her anger is chilling, her features and tone very calm and even, though everyone snaps from time to time. This mainly happens when she's interrupted whilst in the middle of something she deems important or while painting or when he comes back to taunt her. The only thing that has really frightened her has been this presence that follows her, one she believes is going to kill her. He doesn't have a name, he is only he. He is a very strong threat to her and she fears for her safety, needless to say, none of the staff believe her. She continues to run with the hopes that her frame will remain intact but she knows it's only a matter of time before he catches up, before he steals her final breath.

Imogen doesn't have many friends, scratch that, she doesn't have any friends. She's afraid to trust and so refuses to put herself out there, despite the fact that she's actually pretty trusting if the person proves themselves. She's loyal, in her own way, and will have your back no matter what, should you get the chance to gain her trust. I imagine she'd have a few friends, ones she's close to but they probably wouldn't know much about her. She doesn't talk about herself, ever, and has a "fuck-it" attitude. She does what she wants, when she wants, sometimes at the expense of another's feelings. She lives to find new ways to stop and start her brain in the form of drugs so I'd imagine she'll be needing a dealer. I'd like her to have a best friend, one that might seem out-of-place next to her but that she'll love regardless though she won't ever admit it but it's understood.

Imogen would definitely have some enemies here and there. She doesn't give two shits what people think and she's not afraid to show her contempt for someone, be it a look or sarcastic comment. She stands up for herself and is vengeful should she be scorned; she doesn't like appearing weak or fragile. This applies to her friends as well, she will fight for them, particularly if they won't do it themselves. Bring on the drama, loves.

Love is foreign to her, she thinks it's a fucking joke. Having witnessed the dismay her father's leaving provided for her family, she's much more prone to one night stands as it frees her from intimacy. She's frightened of getting close to someone, only to have it deteriorate, so she doesn't open herself up to it. She prefers running away, which she does a lot. She doesn't face her problems, ever. She's not too keen on talking about them either as a result. I'm thinking her final will be the lovely Luke Pasqualino (once he's been made) as I'm a super huge fan of Freddie&Effy but that doesn't mean she can't have some fun in the mean time. Throw any ideas my way, I'm open-minded<3

Chloe has two sides. the good girl, and the party girl. Dunno how they'd get along.

Imogen and Kahlan-
Kahlan would probably get on her nerves. She's talkative and outgoing, hyper.

I don't see Travis giving her the time of day.

He's a jock, drinks but doesn't do drugs so idk.

He'd hit on her and want in her pants as he's at the school for sex addiction but it would be nothing serious.

Kieran is a counselor and teacher. He counsels anger management and alcoholism and teaches anger management and Drama I/II

Hayden is a teacher. He teaches English II, English III and Algebra ! He is also the basketball coach. You're joining his open thread i think, right?

Ariyana-
My brand new counselor/teacher. she counsels Trauma and Anxiety and teaches Yoga and Mythology. I'm open to ideas if you have any..

Gavin-
Gavin is an intern and student teacher. He's fun loving, and tries to help the students as much as he can. He co-teaches ASL and music.

Chris-
We already have planned

As far as my staff goes i'm open to ideas. None of them are counselors in her area, but i'm sure we could make something work, and they'd listen if he needed/wanted to talk.

Imogen would be a terrible influence on her when it came to her addiction, particulary because Imogen's not stopping anytime soon and she'd like that side of her. The good girl side, though, would probably bore her.

Yeaaa, that doesn't mix well with her haha. She'd find her aggravating, particularly because she acts as such but dresses as if she's goth; not cool, man, not cool :P

She'd be put off by his jock status, as those types, in her experience, weren't really her kind of people but she'd find him much more agreeable when under the influence, so it could prove interesting.

Unfortunately, she wouldn't find him at all attractive and just raise an eyebrow at his flirting lol.

She'd absolutely adore his car and possibly appreciate his caring nature towards others, though would act the opposite and wrinkle her nose at it, thinking it made him weak. Counting on others always led to failure, what was he trying to do, land himself an early grave? She'd love his adherance to classic rock, however, and it might be fun to thread her stumbling upon him playing the guitar one of these days? Oh and his laid back nature is always a plus.

Yes ma'am! And judging by her reaction to him in the thread, she'd find him interesting as he's much more laid-back than most teachers she's come across within the past year. It might be fun if he had to come pick her up at a party, though I'm not sure how I'd go about that. She's not one to ask for help, ever. She'd much rather stumble her way home than have to call a teacher. Talk about pathetic. :P

imogen & ariyana ,

Hmm well Imogen is taking mythology and perhaps she and Ariyana connect somehow? She does love mythology, however, she has a hard time concentrating what with him always around. I'd like for her to be close to one teacher, if only by accident, maybe Ariyana helps her when she starts freaking out? Plus, Ariyana's lovely and Imogen needs to learn to trust at least one member of authority at some point. She'll never admit it, though, as if that even needs to be said lol.

He dislikes basically everything she loves so this wouldn't be too lovely a relationship, but she appreciates his love for pranks; everyone needs some humor now and then. I don't have much in mind for these two but don't be surprised if she casts him a scowl here and there.

Possibly Kieran and/or Ariyana? I'm leaning more towards Ariyana cause I really do want her to be close with one authority figure, despite her ability to admit it or even show it lol. Maybe the power randomly goes out in the middle of the night when everyone's sleeping and Imogen starts freaking out? If that doesn't work, there could be a thunderstorm on the way and she doesn't have time to reach Lukas cause Ariyana comes in?

nykki is... peppy. she's the chemistry teacher and she counsels obsessive compulsive disorder, obsessive compulsive personality disorder, attention defecit disorder, and attention defecit hyperactive disorder. i don't know how much they were interact, probably not at all unless imogen has chemistry. but nykki would still be nice to her and try to be her friend if imogen came into contact with her. don't see much here though.

markos james rhyder

markos is an addict, though he wasn't hooked on drugs persay. he was hooked on steroids, so he's not really someone i could see imogen getting high with. again, because of her aloof behavoir, i don't see all that much here. while he tries to be nice to everyone, his weakness is izzy, and anyone who is mean or rude to izzy is instantly on his shit list. so if she doesn't mess with izzy, then he'd probably just be polite to her when they interacted.

rashel is imogen's roommate! she's pretty spunky herself, tends to say what she thinks when she thinks it and doesn't really have any regard for what anyone else may think of her. i'm not sure how imogen is going to take to her. however, they're gonna be stuck together all year, so i'm sure there will be much plotting to be done here.

due to her aversion to authority figures, i don't see much here. salizar is very much a professional sort of guy and doesn't exactly come off as a friendly person when one first meets him. though if you think maybe you would want some kind of friction between her and him, we could do that as well, since the medical staff have to periodically administer drug tests, they would probably come into contact whenever he called her in for a random drug test.

sam is at st. helena's for being a sex addict. he gets a bit to frisky with people, and loves to flirt and, well, have sex. he's got a final in the works, and he's kind of steadily seeing this person already, however, before they're serious, if you wanted to have a fling, or maybe have it be that they've had flings in the past, then this could have been an option.

vanyel is a schizoid. like imogen, he does not like to express emotion and is very closed off. he doesn't like making personal relationships, and would much rather remain aloof and to himself. like imogen, he rather feels that sex is a physical reaction to stimulus and has nothing to do with comittment or emotion. i don't know if you can think of anything with them other than a mutual understanding. but if you see something, feel free to lemme know.

yony probably wouldn't interact with her much at all other than maybe trying to see if there would be a way that he could use her for his own benefit. and maybe tormenting the hell out of her. god, if he knew of her fear of him, he'd do all he could to back up her fear, even going so far as to linger just in the shadows kind of like he was stalking her just for the hell of it. -laughs- yony is kind of warped like that. beyond tormenting her though, they wouldn't be friends. definitely firm enemies, probably.
