outfit is here. ohai. sorry if this sucks. Jaysin was not exactly sure how he let himself get talked into this. A movie night with Skylar and Cissy; and, they had to do it in the annex because of the stupid rule of no one of the other gender being allowed in the opposite dorms thing. It was stupid. She was their sister. What were they going to do? He was not allowed to pick movies anymore because he had a habit of picking nothing but slasher and horror movies intent on getting his family freaked out. He smirked at the thought. However, he was to bring the snacks. So, he brought a plastic bag that held a bag of the cheesy popcorn, some various candies (a few that were Cissy and Skylar's favorite types that he had gotten on "accident"), and a few sodas. He also grabbed a blanket from his room because he had no idea if the annex would be warm or cold that evening. It was always hard to tell. There were just a couple freshmen in the annex, making use of the foosball table when he went in and he scowled, dropping the blanket onto the couch and placing the snacks on the coffee table. "Get out," he all but growled at the younger students, sending a glare that could kill (if that were possible) in their direction. He rolled his eyes as the easily intimidated teens scrambled to get the hell out of there and he dropped down onto the couch, lifting his legs to rest them on the coffee table, crossing his legs at the ankles while he pulled out his phone to play some games on it while he waited. He had already showered for the evening and changed into his sleep clothes because he did not see the point in redressing after his shower; plus, it was a movie night. It was highly likely the three of them were going to end up passed out on the couch before the marathon of whatever movies his siblings picked out was over and done with. Sin stretched with a sigh, rolling his neck a little to try to ease the tension in his shoulders before settling back down into the couch. He only looked up from his phone when he heard some footsteps entering the room and he looked toward the door to see the people he was waiting for. "My god, you're slow," he grumbled, dropping his phone aside as he crossed his arms over his shoulder. "Let's just get this started, yeah?" He honestly had no interest in family bonding time, and he just wanted it to be done. However, he had a strong feeling that the others would try to talk through the movie and there would not be much watching. It was not an uncommon occurance. Jaysin always hated family movie nights. Okay, well, he did not hate them; he just was not fond of them. The idea of sitting there in close quarters with other people and potentially talking about feelings never made Jaysin a happy camper. If he could do something so normal, though; it would be with those two, and maybe Parker if his mood was right.

Skylar was looking forward to movie night with Jaysin and Cissy, he had a feeling he was the one out of the three of them who was the most excited about it. It was a movie, snacks, and time with his family, all things he loved. Well, Jaysin had been put in charge of snacks, but how hard would his twin have to try to screw that up? Skylar had asked Cissy to go pick out some movies for them to watch, and Skylar was just hoping it was not some chick-flick. He left his room, locking the door behind him, and started walking toward the annex. He said hi to people he saw on his way ad smiled. That's just the kind of person Skylar was. Someone would have to try really hard to put him in a bad mood. Or be stupid enough to say something about his family. Were they messed up,? Sure, four of them had ended up at St. Helena's, that had to say something. But, they were his family, and he loved them, usually. Chloe changed into her comfortable pajamas, brushed out her hair deciding to leave it down. It would be more comfortable that way if, no when she fell asleep during the movie. Speaking of which, she grabbed the bag off her desk, thankful that Skylar had asked her to pick out some movies for them. She liked to be the one to pick out the movies, though, if she couldn't Skylar or Parker usually did a good job, in her opinion. Jaysin, well he was another story, and truthfully, Chloe had been glad when her older half-sibling had been told he could not pick out the movies anymore. The movies he tended to pick gave her nightmares, made her scream, and grab on to the nearest sibling. She left her room, and made her way to the annex. Cissy kept her head down, letting her long brown hair fall over her face. She was not super out going, not like her brother Skylar who seemed to be friends with any one and everyone. It was like he walked in a room, smiled, and people gravitated toward him. She couldn't do that. Not sober, anyway. ”Cissy!” Skylar called happily when his baby sibling came into view. ”Hey, Skylar,” she said smiling at him, not at all surprised when he pulled her into a hug. ”Come on, I'm sure Sin's getting bored waiting,” he said, putting his arm around her as she nodded, and the two made their way in to the annex. The silence that greeted their ears when they entered didn't shock either of them. They both had a feeling Jaysin would have kicked anyone else who may have wanted to use the room out. ”Perfection like this takes time,” he teased dropping his arm from Cissy's shoulders, and gestured toward his body. He saw Cissy roll her eyes, and he laughed lightly. Cissy tucked her hair behind her ears, and handed the bag with the movies in it to Skylar, which he took without complaint. ” Hey, Halfling,” she said kindly smiling softly at him. He may not be the half-brother she liked best, and he did scare her at times, but he was family. Skylar walked toward the DVD player, while glancing in the bag, checking out what Chloe had brought. She smiled a knowing smile, as she got situated comfortably on the couch, leaving room for Skylar to sit between them. Skylar looked up from the bag, into her eyes, over to Jaysin, and back to Cissy's. ”We're so not watching The Notebook, lil' sis. I have standards, and a reputation to uphold, as does Sin,” he said not really mad though, as evident by the smile on his face She stuck out her tongue playfully at them. Cissy knew neither of them would have wanted to watch that movie. She got it for herself, though teasing her brothers was always fun. Skylar made a face, and held up Rock of Ages like it was the most repulsing thing ever. ”No, on so many levels I don't know where to begin...” Maybe he needed to rethink letting Chloe pick the movies. Chloe laughed looking between Skylar and Jaysin. ”Oh, come on halflings. Would it hurt your masculinity that bad?” she teased. their outfits

outfit is here. ohai. sorry if this sucks. The elder twin sighed heavily as he was greeted by his family nickname from Cissy. He knew that he was supposed to hate it (and part of him did simply because of what it meant), but it was the one nickname that only certain members of his family could get away with. Not even Skylar called him halfling. Well, that was partially because the two of them were the halflings but details. Jaysin's face scrunched up in obvious distaste as Skylar mentioned that their sister had brought The Notebook. There was no way. "Cissy, I am not watching The Notebook again," he said, somehow managing to not clench his teeth together like he wanted to. He looked over at her out of the corner of his eye. "It's a ridiculous movie." Love and all that bullshit was not something Jaysin enjoyed watching. He was not one for relationships, and could never see himself settling down with someone. So, movies that were about that just made him nauseous. He groaned when the next movie brought up was Rock of Ages. It was not that bad of a movie; it was just predictable and annoying. "At least there's good music in that one." He grumbled as he uncrossed his arms only to cross them the other direction. Between the two, he would not mind watching the second again. He had seen it late one night online when he had been bored. He'd had Journey and Whitesnake stuck in his head for weeks afterward. "Don't you have any good movies?" he questioned, dropping his feet to the floor to bouncing one of his knees idly. A slow smirk formed on his face as he rested his head against the back of the couch. "I could always go grab Sinister. That one's wicked." It was one of the better horror movies that had come out in a while, in his opinion. Of course, he knew that the opinion would get shot down since he was no longer allowed to pick horror films. Sometimes he wished Chloe would just grow a backbone and get over herself. The thought alone almost made him want to roll his eyes; but, for the sake of the semi-peaceful evening, Jaysin held back. It was very, very hard to do, though. He busied himself with grabbing one of the sodas. "Maybe we should start deciding this shit before we do this." It would be so much easier to just get through the entire movie night if they had discussed which movies they would end up watching before they met up. It sounded like a great idea, in his opinion. Less time with feelings and bonding and yuck.
Jaysin got the soda open and took a pull out of the bottle as he finally really looked at his twin for the first time that evening. Lowering the soda to rest on his leg while returning the cap, Jaysin's brow arched at the slightly younger boy and he said, "What the hell are you wearing? You look like an idiot, not that it's much different than the rest of the time." Of course, Jaysin could not resist throwing that quip in there, especially toward Skylar. No, Jay was not one to pass up an opportunity to make fun of any of his siblings, especially his twin. However, with Skylar, it was never as vicious as he was known to get with others. Damn weaknesses and being born with them, he thought with a scowl.

Cissy rolled her eyes when Jaysin sighed. Seriously, she was not sure how Skylar put up with him as much as he did. Maybe it was because they were twins. And the fact that, of everyone family and non family included, Sin was always nicest to Sky. She tried to be nice to Sin, well sometimes. It wasn't like the older twin made it easy. Cissy kicked off her slippers, and put her legs up on the couch. She'd move once the movie got started, so Skylar would have room to sit. ”It is not Sin,” she replied looking at the annoying twin. What was ridiculous was the piece of crap movies Jaysin liked. All the blood, guts, and gore were disgusting. She did not understand how watching it was at all fun. Then again, it was sin, he probably enjoyed seeing her scared. Cissy wanted to say more to him, but kept her mouth shut, for now.
Skylar put The notebook back in the bag Cissy had brought. He glanced between the two, ready to intervene, if needed. At some point tonight he figured he would have to play peacemaker between them. They always got on each others nerves. Who didn't seem to get on Sin's nerves? Sin was nicer to him, he knew, but still had his moments. At least Skylar had a better ability to let Sin's remarks roll off of him, and did not take it so personal like he knew Cissy did. At least Jaysin seemed to be making an effort to be nice to their little sister. That was something he'd always called her, and probably always would. Little sister, baby sister. While she may not be little anymore, she was their youngest half sibling, and would always be the baby of their fucked up family in Skylar's mind.
”Yes, I got good movies. I'm not that mean. Can't you take a joke, Sin?” she asked while looking at her half-sibling, and stretched her legs out so her feet were close to him, taking up most of the couch. ”Dig deeper Sky, there should be two others,” she said looking at him before turning back to Jaysin. ”Toss me some candy, halfling,” Cissy said before adding, ”Pleeeese? Skylar dug deeper in the bag, and found two other moves. Cissy, he thought smiling. These would be much better, at least he thought so. He took them out of the bag, set one down on the table, and proceeded to open the other. ”We’ve got Ocean's Thirteen and The Italian Job,” he said glancing back at the other two as the talked. ”No, no Sinister, Sin,” he said. If they watched that Cissy would freak, and he'd be the one having to comfort her. Probably while Jaysin laughed, he thought.” To whom it may concern, I'm putting in Ocean's Thirteen, so we can get this movie night started. Any objections? No, 'Kay. Good. ” he asked but did not really wait for an answer, putting the DVD in the player, and starting it up.
”Superman rocks! What are you talking about? Clearly, you wouldn't know awesomeness if it smacked you in the face, bro,” he said feigning insult, or trying to anyway. Though it didn't take long for him to be back to grinning at Sin. A smile never seemed to be able to stay off his face for very long. Cissy laughed lightly, popping one of the candies into her mouth. He then picked up Cissy's feet, so he could sit down between Jaysin and Chloe. Almost like a buffer, he thought, which really was probably true. ”And, I for one think that's a good idea. It would save us a lot of time,” he said as he reached over and grabbed a soda. He opened it up and took a drink. They may each have their problems, and they may bicker, but what families didn't? Especially siblings. Chloe shrugged her shoulders, not really caring when they decided the movie, as long as there would be some quality control. Meaning, Jaysin did not get to pick the movie alone.
