History:
Chloe's father was her mother's fourth husband, not that she remembers much about him. He left when she was little, and she thinks of him as nothing but a sperm donor. Over the years, her ever changing family moved around a lot. They tended to live in the slums, exposing Chloe to many things a child should not be exposed to. Despite this, she did well in school, though she did not get straight A's, many would even have thought her to be 'teacher's pet.”
When she was in middle school however, she started using drugs. At first, it was something she just did on the weekends. An escape from her messed up home life, and when the week rolled around she would be the proper, innocent, sweet girl at school. Her drug addiction progressed from ecstasy to acid, even shooting heroin a few times. Still she would act “normal” during the day, and be a completely different girl at night. Chloe would sneak out and go to parties. Coming home sober was not something she did, that is, if she even managed to come home at all. Often she would spend the night at someone else's house, including random guys.
Things took a turn for the worse when she reached the end of her 8th grade year. By the time summer had almost passed, her and her mother had, had a huge fight. Her mother got “high and mighty” and confronted her Chloe's drug use. Cissy laughed at her, and just smiled before retaliating back at her mother that maybe it was her fault as their mother being as three of her children were “screw ups”. Cissy got herself a good smack for that one; but, the authorities never got told that bit. They would not have believed her anyway. Their mother had Cissy brought to the school at the beginning of her freshman year, this current term. Reunited with her brothers, Cissy is not quite sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, only time will tell.
