General Description: Max stands at 5"5', usually wearing jeans and maybe a nice looking shirt. She normally has her black leather jacket on to hide the fact of her track marks of drug usage. Her hair is down, unless having to work on a project. Her hazel eyes can be a trap one dares to see who she really is, they might trap them in forever. Her smile can brighten up the room when she walks in.[/blockquote]

Travis, meth, alcohol, being with her gang/family, drawing, rain, thunder, taking risks. Pick-pocketing.Likes:
Dislikes: Being sober, lies, being beaten, foster system, sleep, not being around Travis.
Strengths: Pick pocketing/stealing, loyal to those around her, being independent.
Weaknesses: Travis, alcohol, drugs
Fears: Being without Travis, being alone, foster home.
General Description:Morgan or known as her initials: Max can appear shy, then again she doesn't let many people through her barriers. She keeps her personal life locked away in her mind. Lock and key thrown away, but when around Travis he seems to find the lock and key into her mind. He's helped her open up, just like she has helped him open up. But when around everyone else, it's like as if no one else can get through to her. Max is also very loyal and trustworthy when it comes down to secrets and keeping promises. When it comes down to authority, she doesn't listen. She'll just stare at them pretending to listen. Or she'll take off running away from them if she's been caught.[/blockquote]

Sophia Linbeck (Foster mother)Mother:
Father: Ron Linbeck (Foster father)
Siblings: none
Pets: none
Other: Ben (father figure) Travis (another story)
History: Born December 17, or as shown on her birth records Morgan Arianna Xavier. Her birth parents gave her away not wanting anything to do with her, they left her in the dumpster to basically die. If it weren't for the police finding her she wouldn't be here today. She was then placed into the system and sent to a foster home after foster home. Max never really knew what home was, or even like. It seemed as if each and every time she was home, something always went wrong. Either the siblings didn't like her, or she was blamed for something she had never done.
Many years go by until a family not able to have children took her in. She was 15 years old at the time. Loving? Yes they were loving, and they tried to get Max to open up. Each time she would open up just a little, she'll close back right up. It wasn't until one of Ron's friends Ben came into Max's life. There was something about Ben who just seemed like a father figure to her. He used to have a daughter, but she had passed away due to drug abuse.
As months went on by, Max started sneaking out of the house at 16. Not that the Linbeck's cared if she went anywhere, Max just liked to be out on her own. The one night she was out on the wrong side of the tracks, she ended up , being jumped pretty badly. When she thought she was going to die from the final blow, it all had stopped. Max was afraid to move, until she saw a hand outstretched for her to take. Scared she refused to take it, but in calm words was a boy's voice telling her she has no reason to be afraid of him. Shakily Max took the boys hand who helped her up. He then basically picked her up cradling her in his arms. Max ended up passing out in his arms.
The next morning she woke up in an unfamiliar place and nearly freaked out. The boy who had helped her the night before, told her everything is alright, and to calm down. He called himself Travis, and that's all she needed to know for the time being. Travis helped her heal and left his door open for her. He had even broken down her barriers while getting to know her. She told him her name, her real name. To Travis, she didn't fit the name Morgan. He like of how she went by her initials to make her life appear a secret. A life of the unknown. The two ended up having alot in common, by being in the system. Only difference is, she actually has a home that wants to keep her. Travis never really did have a place to call home.
Once she was healed, and better, Travis introduced her the to the others he hanged around with on the streets. He even taught her how to fight and defend herself. She was quick at learning how to fight and fend. Next up was stealing/pick pocketing, which came naturally for Max. One of Travis's friends taught her and gave her some helpful tips of how not to get caught. One of his friends introduced Max to weed and meth she got into on her own. Meth had been something she had done a few times and stopped, due to Travis wanting her to stop and she listened to him. Getting high from weed, was different. Alcohol though, something she loved and helped her sleep at night. Something to help from the nightmares from her past foster homes.
When she arrived home a few days later, Ron and Sophia were worried. They thought she was dead somewhere. They had the police out looking for her, but she kept herself under the radar of them. They asked her about what happened by seeing some of the bruises on her face that have not healed quite yet. Max didn't bother talking about that night, she didn't even bother telling Ben when he asked her about them. Her streetlife with Travis was a kept secret. Max didn't want to tell anyone about her secret life.
Weeks, soon turned into months. Skipping classes started to happen regularly, and being out on the streets with Travis started to become more often. Max felt close to Travis, safe and protected. He looked after her while she was high or drunk, which ever she decided to do. Max often went to the fight's Travis did underground. But the one she didn't go to due to she was grounded, the fight ended up being busted.
When Max didn't hear from Travis, she got worried. Fearing, something had happened to him. It drove her mad not being able to see or hear from him. Max even went to the house, but no one was there at all. She found the stash of drugs and took them home with her. Getting high, and drinking her foster parents alcohol were the only things that helped. There were times Ben had caught her, and even tried to help Max out. He feared he would loose Max, just like he lost his daughter. Ron and Sophia were clueless, and Ben promised to keep the secret of Max drinking and the use of drugs.
After a few weeks had gone by, and being grounded wasn't an issue Max felt free again. Still she hadn't heard from Travis, or his whereabouts. She felt alone, the only thing that made her smile was a photo of them two that was taken months before he was gone. One night, she was at a neighborhood convenient store. Max didn't realize the store clerk was keeping an eye on her. She ended up grabbing some small bottles of booze, and some food and stashed them inside her jacket pockets. When she was about to leave, cops had shown up at the door. Max was told to empty her pockets. Refusing, Max ran around the cop and took off into the night. She was soon tackled by one of the other officers.
That night, she was brought home with a court date. And soon secrets will spilled by Ben who told Ron and Sophia about her problems and addictions. They could not believe what they were hearing. Max was pissed at Ben. Even though Ben was doing what he thought was best, Max wanted nothing to do with Ben anymore. In her mind, he was supposed to be on her side. Never thought he would betray her like that.
Her court date arrived a week after she was caught shoplifting. Standing there before the judge, he called out she's guilty, her foster parents even stating they can't control her drug and alcohol abuse. The judge ordered for Max to be sent to St. Helena's.
